antejard\u00edn de m\u00e1s de 200 m\u00b2 de \u00e1rea construida.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde sus or\u00edgenes, el barrio ha tenido una relevancia hist\u00f3rica dentro de la ciudad; en \u00e9l vivieron ilustres personajes de la pol\u00edtica colombiana como Laureano G\u00f3mez, y el General Gustavo Rojas occidente entre la Avenida Caracas y la carrera 19.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El barrio est\u00e1 situado en una localizaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de la ciudad, a pocos minutos
