Fontib\u00f3n, surgi\u00f3 a mediados del siglo XX, iniciando su urbanizaci\u00f3n con amplias casas que fueron absorbiendo el lago que fue, durante mucho tiempo, el due\u00f1o de los terrenos del sector.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El curioso nombre Villemar surge a ra\u00edz de una de las familias hacendadas m\u00e1s importantes de la zona, los Villegas Mart\u00ednez, quienes fueron parcelando sus terrenos para darle paso al nuevo barrio que actualmente es la puerta de entrada a carreras 96\u00aa y 97.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El sector limita con importantes barrios de la zona como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ciencuadras.com\/blog\/guia-de-barrio-capellania-bogota\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Capellan\u00eda<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ciencuadras.com\/blog\/guia-de-barrio-hayuelos-bogota\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hayuelos<\/a>, Fontib\u00f3n Centro y la
