Localidad de Fontib\u00f3n, se remonta a 1948, cuando inici\u00f3 su construcci\u00f3n de la mano de la Cooperativa de Ferrocarriles Nacionales siendo el primer desarrollo de vivienda en serie en la zona.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El proyecto se edific\u00f3 en 5 manzanas, con amplias casas que inicialmente fueron designadas para trabajadores del ferrocarril con familia, los cuales adquirieron las viviendas a cuotas, con un pago inicial que para la \u00e9poca rondaba sobre los 3 mil pesos.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section conocida como la Avenida El Ferrocarril, y entre las carreras 96D bis y 96I.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El sector limita con importantes barrios de la zona como Capellan\u00eda,
