particular, y teniendo en cuenta los barrios que lo rodean, est\u00e1 relacionado con un santo\u2026 Santa Cecilia, San Blas, San Cayetano, San Nicol\u00e1s, entre otros.<\/span><b> Un barrio de gente amable, \u201cechada pa\u00b4lante\u201d y orgullosa de su comuna<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, pero sobre todo, de lo que han construido a pulso. Pablo que se encarg\u00f3 de impulsar distintas obras de caridad y con las cuales se gan\u00f3 el reconocimiento de la comunidad; cuenta que se nombr\u00f3 as\u00ed en su honor, sin embargo, <\/span><b>su nombre tambi\u00e9n responde a una lista de santos que lo rodean, como por ejemplo, los barrios <\/b><b>Santa Cecilia, San Blas, San Cayetano y San Nicol\u00e1s<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y algunos otros barrios de esta comuna.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A San Pablo se le recuerda por sus tierras lodazales, por los que \u00fanicamente se pod\u00eda transitar con un buen par de botas de caucho, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.micomunaguayabal.org\/historia-de-los-barrios\/san-pablo\/\"><b>rese\u00f1an pocos portales sobre la historia de este barrio<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Panorama que hoy es distinto gracias a la evoluci\u00f3n de sus casas, una zona en su mayor\u00eda residencial, y que obedece a cierto orden, debido a su proceso de ubicaci\u00f3n promovido por los denominados <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Urbanizadores piratas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u201cquienes de alguna manera u otra forma incorporaron el trazado original heredado de los espa\u00f1oles, respetando la ret\u00edcula entre calles y carreras, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Popular_(Medell%C3%ADn)\"><b>manteniendo secciones viales aceptables y adem\u00e1s reservando espacio para la plaza central\u201d<\/b><\/a><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De su fundaci\u00f3n, se recuerda claramente a \u201cClaudia\u201d y Julio Enrique Casta\u00f1o, m\u00e1s adelante la familia Bueno, quienes llegaron a fundar sus hogares; luego, en los 70, se conocer\u00eda el nombre de \u201cEl pibe\u201d quien lleg\u00f3 con su amor al f\u00fatbol y al tanto para seguir fomentando cosas distintas al barrio, a la violencia que se pod\u00eda vivir por aquella \u00e9poca.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acuerdo con el desaparecido peri\u00f3dico <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elmundo.com\/portal\/pagina.general.impresion.php?idx=166478\"><b>El Mundo<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, en el 2007 varias personas decidieron adelantar un proceso de independencia para suplir sus necesidades, las cuales ve\u00edan insatisfechas porque el barrio San Pablo era demasiado grande, con lo que despu\u00e9s de las gestiones consiguieron por fin en el 2008 el reconocimiento jur\u00eddico.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De todas maneras, hablar de San Pablo, es hablar de la Comuna 1 Popular, que seg\u00fan el Departamento Administrativo de Planeaci\u00f3n Municipal est\u00e1 conformada por 12 barrios reconocidos en el Decreto 346 de 2000, algunos de esos barrios contiguos son: Santo Domingo Savio No.1 y No.2, Granizal, Popular, Mosc\u00fa No.2, Villa Guadalupe, La Avanzada, Carpinelo y El Compromiso, entre otros.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-32b9cb99 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"32b9cb99\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">San Pablo perteneciente a la Comuna 1, limita por el oriente con el corregimiento de Santa Elena, por el norte
