extensi\u00f3n de 333.04 hect\u00e1reas, con una densidad de 349 habitantes por hect\u00e1rea, siendo una de las m\u00e1s altas del Municipio de Medell\u00edn.<\/p><p><b>El costo de vivienda en San Pablo, en cuanto a arriendos, oscila entre los $500.000 y los $850.000. Para llegar en Metro, tomas hasta la estaci\u00f3n Acevedo, L\u00ednea A, para enseguida tomar la l\u00ednea\u00a0K (com\u00fanmente llamada\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Metrocable_(Medell%C3%ADn)\">metrocable<\/a>) del Metro de Medell\u00edn.\u00a0<\/p><p>Existen tres ejes viales que atraviesan la Comuna 1 Popular, mediante la carrera 39 o antigua v\u00eda a Guarne, la carrera 42B y la carrera 46.
