Adem\u00e1s, refleja esa preferencia por la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ciencuadras.com\/blog\/consejos-para-comprar\/estos-son-los-7-municipios-de-colombia-en-los-que-vas-a-querer-vivir\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>b\u00fasqueda de vivienda en lugares m\u00e1s tranquilos<\/strong><\/a>, alejados de la ciudad.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, <strong>los estratos 1, 2 y 3 representan el mayor n\u00famero de solicitudes de cr\u00e9ditos de vivienda,<\/strong> con un 60,8% durante enero de 2018 a junio de 2019. En consecuencia, el 57,7% de los cr\u00e9ditos se han pedido por un valor menor a 100 millones de pesos, lo que se traduce tambi\u00e9n en mayor acceso a cr\u00e9ditos por parte de la clase media.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Los Millennials s\u00ed compran vivienda<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"665\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ciencuadras.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Millennials-si-compran-vivienda.jpg\" alt=\"Millennials si compran vivienda\" class=\"wp-image-75235\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ciencuadras.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Millennials-si-compran-vivienda.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.ciencuadras.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Millennials-si-compran-vivienda-600x399.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.ciencuadras.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Millennials-si-compran-vivienda-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ciencuadras.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Millennials-si-compran-vivienda-768x511.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otra de las cifras destacadas se refiere a las edades de las personas. <strong>El 35,9% de los colombianos que solicitan cr\u00e9ditos de vivienda tienen de 26 a 35 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, edades correspondientes a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ciencuadras.com\/blog\/tendencias\/las-mujeres-millennials-son-las-que-mas-buscan-inmuebles-en-linea-en-colombia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>la generaci\u00f3n Millennials,<\/strong><\/a> de la que se ha estigmatizado no tener inter\u00e9s en este tipo de compra.
